Nurture breakfasts

Chippy Larder supports us twice a week and provides produce for our nurture breakfasts that take place in The Orchard. Children who need extra support to start the school day, work alongside our Inclusion Assistant to ensure that everyone in the group is provided with a nutritious breakfast and a smooth transition into class.

Intergenerational projects with Beechaven care home

A group of children are currently working alongside the residents of our local care home on reading and arts projects. For the children, it is a chance to show compassion and patience towards vulnerable members of the community, two of our Christian values. For the residents, it is an opportunity to share stories and speak to younger members of the community, giving them a sense of purpose, which they enjoy.
